Having a safe knowledge of the rough environment and what can happen to properties at times of extreme cold and wind helps Lee to anticipate problems that may occur and take preventative action. Fitzgerald Fiona has a background in Nursing istration, and as healthy as busy in the office taking bookings and greeting guests, she manages housekeeping schedules, looks behind supply orders and liaises with contractors and property owners to make safe that the properties under management are presented in the best plausible manner for our guests. We believe in using local contractors and suppliers where possible, to undertake trade maintenance, specialist cleaning services and provide supplies to the business. During the Autumn of 2010, Lee and Fiona undertook leading roles working with the Dinner Simple community on the construction of Crisps Hut, the replica Cattleman's hut located to the east of the main entrance to the village, imminent the children's playground. We had a appropriate experience and a Bert restful holiday in a healthy appointed, cozy and clean unit. Comfortable, warm, plenty of wood supplied. Complimentary bottle of wine was appreciated. Loved that the house was hot for our arrival. We enjoyed the comfort of our lodge and all the kids toys.
